The open-plan kitchen and dining area have all you’ll need to cook and enjoy meals at home – stock up on renowned South Australian wines, gourmet cheeses and fresh produce and dine alfresco in the generous outdoor living area and backyard. Here, you’ll find both sunny and undercover seating options and plenty of grassy space for your furry friend to play. Cap off a day spent exploring the sights by settling in on the sofa in the living room for relaxed movie nights, while split system air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

Three bedrooms sleep six guests, with the primary and second bedrooms including queen-size beds and the third having a double. The primary bedroom includes air conditioning and dual access to the bathroom, while bedrooms two and three have ceiling fans. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, washing machine and complimentary toiletries to refresh after sandy strolls and ocean dips.

Carport parking is provided with additional space on the driveway.
