- Two Bedrooms: Both rooms feature queen-sized beds, wardrobes and heating.

- Two Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an ensuite with a basin and toilet, while the family bathroom offers a bath, separate shower, and basin.
There is also a separate powder room.

- Living Room: A comfortable space filled with eclectic furnishings from the owners’ travels, complete with an open fireplace and heating.

- Dining Area: Features a dining table that seats six, with a small servery /hatch opening from the kitchen.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop.

- Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it easy to take care of laundry during your stay.

Please note: If bringing a dog there will be a one-off charge of $55, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please provide your pet with its own bed.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals.
