- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.

- Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance



Extra Fees



Mandatory Resort Fee: $38.50 per night (required, paid at check-in).

- This fee is charged directly by The Gale Hotel at the front desk upon arrival and is not included in your booking total. The resort fee provides access to all The Gale Hotel premium amenities, including pools, fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, dining, and lounges.

- Valet parking onsite (additional cost)

- Cleaning service available for additional fee

- Pack 'n Play cribs available for extra fee (subject to availability)

- You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for you at a $5 daily fee. Please note this is fully managed by the building and not by Lua Host, so we do recommend avoiding deliveries when possible. If you do need something sent, this option is available.



Booking Requirements

- You must be 21+ years old to book

- Official ID required at check-in

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking

- Security deposit may be required, depending on your booking platform (fully refunded after checkout when all terms are met)

I reqested early check-in, they confirmed ok, for 60. I get a message day before check in time, it said 4. I replied, that i requested early. They reply, its not available as room rented out. They failed to notify me. We flew in at 6 am. We had to make arrangmemts to get luggage checked into some other service. They dont have a bell hop at this place. The check in process made no sense. They have a contact greet you, to just walk you to the desk. They has zero value add. We get to the room. The was NO toilet seat. Completely gone. I text the check in gal. She replies, she only does check in. Again no value add whatsoever I contact the renter. Asked me to send pics. I did, they did reply and found someone later that day to fix. It was my daughter's 30th bday. We had pland, i didnt reply until way later. So they fix in morning and only offer me 24 off my 800 stay. Talking to their customer service was like talking to a bot. Scripted replies, total human disconnet. Not to mention the pool closes at 7 30 pm. Never ever will i stay or recommend to anyone.
