We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day.One thing we really appreciated was how convenient everything was. Grocery, restaurant, and DoorDash deliveries came right to the door without any hassle, which made our vacation even more relaxing. The property itself was fantastic. There were multiple pools to choose from, and even during our stay they never felt overcrowded. It was easy to find chairs, enjoy the amenities, and unwind without feeling packed in.Overall, this condo offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location. The only thing that could have made checkin easier was which tower to go to. Our trip was very relaxing and all communications with VRBO representatives was excellent.

The room is rundown and in need of repairs and attention. The towels provided had dark brown big stains on the them. I contacted the host multiple times amount it. The issue was not resolved. I would not stay in this listing again. The pools on the property and beach access are wonderful, but the room was not.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m very sorry your stay at Beach Cove Resort 1020 fell short — the condition of the unit and the stained towels are unacceptable, and I apologize that your messages weren’t resolved promptly. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously. I’ve passed this to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate inspection, replacement of any stained linens, and repairs where needed. We’ll also review our guest-communication process to prevent this from happening again. I’m glad the pools and beach access were positive, and I regret the room prevented a better stay.

The pictures online where not at all like the room. The door was so hard to open. It was sticking. I had to put all my boby into opening it. The bathroom had open paint cans under the sink. The bedroom closet had no door on the closet or a curtain. There was items stacked in there and we couldn't use that. The living room we didn’t use. The balcony had dirty chairs and a rusted table. The fitness room we couldn't use because it was reserved through Vrbo. I have texted and sent pictures to the management and just a sorry and hope you enjoyed your stay. It was not worth what was paid. Check in was the easiest.
