Welcome to your downtown pad , a spacious 1200 sq ft 3rd-floor apartment thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. With bright interiors and modern amenities, this space is ideal for families, couples, or business travelers. Not only do you have a sitting area in the apartment and space to spread out, but you can also access a larger common lounge area at the condo building with lots of comfy sofas, a fireplace, TV, and several laptop-friendly workspaces to relax, work or socialize. You’ll also have access to a shared fitness room so you don't have to miss your daily workouts.

Unwind in the spacious and sunny living room, equipped with plush seating and a smart TV. The large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
