Discover cafes, parklands, waterfront walking tracks and easy city access at this thoughtfully appointed stay, located a five-minute stroll from the Brisbane River and Auchenflower train station and within 10 minutes’ drive of Paddington, West End and the CBD. Relax in air-conditioned comfort and make use of Wi-Fi, private laundry facilities, two pristine bathrooms and a parking spot, refreshing with a dip in the shared pool and heading to your balcony to enjoy a sundowner and leafy city views.
Spread over two levels, this welcoming stay features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor that extends to a generous balcony with views overlooking this leafy riverside suburb.
The kitchen has all you need to cook meals and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Eat at the four-seater table or head to the balcony for relaxed dining on the outdoor sofa, where views overlook the city. The inviting living area has two cosy sofas to settle into with some TV, while split system air conditioning and heating plus a ceiling fan ensure year-round comfort.
Upstairs, two light and airy bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom including a queen-size bed and a modern ensuite as well as a private balcony to enjoy a peaceful morning cuppa, while the second bedroom includes two single beds. The main bathroom, located downstairs, is equally immaculate with a shower, modern vanity and complimentary toiletries.
Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, a private washing machine, and garage parking for one car. You can also make use of the building’s shared inground pool to cool down on warm days.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Take a 15-minute walk to Toowong Memorial Park, where you can enjoy lush green spaces and grab a coffee at Pitch and Fork, while Brisbane River’s waterside walking and cycling paths are within a 10-minute stroll. You’ll be within a five-minute walk of Auchenflower train station, allowing you to explore the cafes, bars, and restaurants of nearby Paddington and West End with ease and discover all the sights of the city.
