Welcome to the Eagle's Nest, a penthouse condo in a new & very popular building in Harrison Hot Springs. Views are spectacular from all living spaces & the large lakefront deck. Enjoy all new high quality furnishings & a beautiful kitchen. This unique vacation rental is surrounded by water and mountains providing serenity & peace. It is steps to the beach, hiking & nearby restaurants. This is the perfect weekend getaway or a basecamp for longer term stays where you can enjoy multiple outdoor activities.
This is in our humble opinion the best and most luxurious short term rental suite available in all of Harrison Hot Springs, an internationally recognized resort village. Please read our reviews because we're not alone in that belief.
Our property is quite unique. It is the penthouse suite and the jewel within a beautiful and new 2024 build at the Oasis building in Harrison Hot Springs.
The exterior and interior architectural design is stunning with this particular unit maximizing all the scenic vistas Harrison has to offer.
The second you open the front door your eyes will be drawn to the views. The high vaulted ceilings and panoramic window frames make you feel like you're sitting on top of a beautiful British Columbia Parks viewing point.
The sights are spectacular and available from all living spaces. Imagine sitting on one of BC's most beautiful viewing platforms but being permitted to stay while surrounded by the most comfortable and modern living amenities.
The penthouse directly faces Harrison Lake. You will enjoy a spacious light filled corner suite with over 1100 square feet. Luxury, serenity and peace best describe the feelings of staying at the Eagle's Nest Penthouse.
The building is well managed, stylish, relaxing and located along the village's only waterfront street on Esplanade Avenue. Our unit includes all new high quality furnishings and a beautiful kitchen fully equipped for your culinary expertise.
This unique vacation rental is only steps to the beach. It sits nearby Rendall park and across from the the boat launch with breathtaking views that include Harrison lake, Echo island, Mt. Breakenridge and Mt. Cheam.
Two good sized bedrooms with high quality queen sized mattresses and new bedding provide a very comfortable & peaceful sleep. A genuine leather couch and chair in front of a large multi colored electric fireplace provide a warm relaxed ambience. If needed the couch folds out into a double bed suitable for one adult or child.
A fully equipped modern kitchen along with two large bathrooms and a laundry room will make extended stays very comfortable.
This top floor penthouse also provides a large private and fully covered deck that was made to maximize views of the lake and surrounding mountains at any time of year, rain or shine. A large comfortable high quality Toja sectional patio sofa anchors the balcony for hours of comfort and outdoor relaxation.
When not admiring the beauty of your surroundings you can enjoy free Wi-Fi and a 55 in LG C3 Smart TV and sound system. Watch your favorite shows & movies on one of the best OLED TV's available. If TV is low on your priority list then take advantage of the great outdoors and all the amenities that Harrison Hot Springs has to offer.
This suite is ideal for a family or anywhere from 2 - 4 adults. It's perfect for serene weekend getaways or week long adventures.
One indoor parking stall is available with a level 1 EV charger.
You will have exclusive access to this condo during your stay.
Other things to note:
Harrison Hot Springs is a small village (population around 2,000) situated 1.5 hours away from Vancouver BC and 2.75 hours from Seattle WA. It is situated on the largest lake in the southern coast mountains of Canada. This beautiful glacier fed lake is about 250 square kilometers in area, 60 km in length and 9 kilometers in width. The village sits at the south end of the lake and is surrounded by mountains.
The areas scenic beauty, natural attractions and exhilarating outdoor adventures attracts tourists year round from all over the world. All village amenities are within walking distance from our suite.
The Oasis building anchors the eastern end of Esplanade Avenue, the main waterfront street facing the lake to the north. The western end of Esplanade Avenue is anchored by the Harrison Hot Springs resort hotel.
The flat 800 meter walk along Esplanade avenue between the Oasis and the Resort Hotel is a scenic stroll that can be enjoyed along a pedestrian only waterfront promenade abutting the lake and lagoon. The promenade is fully paved making it wheelchair and stroller friendly. It's a scenic stroll with a children's play park along the way.
Esplanade Avenue is home to restaurants, boutiques, cafes and shopping found within the village. While the village amenities are fully open most of the year some do close early during the off season so be sure to check online.
The Eagle's nest is the perfect weekend getaway from the city or a weeklong adventure base to the area.
Check with tourism Harrison online to learn of more activities, festivals, fishing excursions, hiking trails, golfing, eco tours, shops and galleries.
Accessible Activities also include:
- Rendall Park, your direct neighbor to the east. It is an ideal location for picnics, swimming or a gentle flat stroll along the lakefront.
- Harrison Eco Tours offers multiple activities including a bald Eagle boat tour.
- 'Healing Springs Spa' packages are available at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. You do not have to be a hotel guest to book the spa. Please call the hotel for details if you are interested.
- The Harrison Hot Springs indoor mineral pool is open to the general public and frequented by local residents. It is an approximate 5 minute walk but please check online for specific hours and dates.
- Outdoor unmanaged hot springs are also available within a 15-20 minute walk west along the lakefront just past the resort hotel. Please note these particular hot springs are only available when the lake water levels permit access. You must be nimble and able to climb over rocks as well.
- Harrison Lake is a boating paradise with an immense shoreline to explore. Boats, sea doos, bumper boats and kayak rentals are all available.
- If you prefer to leave the boating to a professional several boat tours are available. You may enjoy a dinner cruise, a fishing charter or an eco tour. All start within walking distance from the suite.
- During summer the large Harrison Floating Waterpark is available for kids & adults alike.
- The village winter stroll along Esplanande Avenue offers a beautiful light display during the Holiday season.
- 'Lights by the Lake' returns every November and you will delight in the warm glow of Christmas lights and charming winter window paintings from dusk until 11pm.
- Sasquatch Mountain Ski resort is a 50 min drive from Harrison. Please check online for more details.
- Harrison Resort Golf course is a mere 5 min drive away. It offers a 9 hole course over 90 acres.
- The Sandpiper Golf course is only 20 minutes away and it offers an 18 hole golf course nestled in a centuries old forest.
