Beach and waffles @Papamoa

FAMILY luxury 300m to the beach, 200m to cinema, cafe, resturants with waffles!This is our Family Holiday spot that we are sharing with yours... walk everywhere together (kids can use scooters) early morning ocean sit( cold bath) & night ocean sits.

Spending the days at the beach when its sunny building sand castles and doing hand stands, having picnics on the beach or finishing the day with a bbq on the beach.(with our small portable bbq.) with some fairy lights and ocean waves as music. enjoying the Majesty of Gods creation :)

finished by an outside shower with some music playing on the shower speaker.
Games to be enjoyed in the house the next day or on a rainy day. Board games/cards/table tennis/darts/movies or cinema days at Trivoli Cinema.

Night times can also be spent having a bbq in our backyard surrounded by palm trees, lanterns and fairy lights makes a super relaxing environment. then walking over to 4 square where you can plan what special waffle topping you want to purchase for tomorrow mornings waffles (because every morning starts with a waffle on holiday)

Everything was above our expectations.It's such a nice and cosy place, and the host made us feel right at home from day one. Everything was neat and clean, and had everything needed to cook and do laundry. With the shops so close by it made it easy quickly get food or refreshments for the week or day.There was plenty to keep us busy, tv, boardgames, table tennis, darts or just relaxing in the hottub.The waffle cooker was a winner with the family and enjoyed waffles about every morning during breakfast.Our little Jack Russel enjoyed the sun in the small well maintained garden, which was our favourite place for a morning coffee.Personally I enjoyed the outside shower after my morning runs, which was a perfect way to cool down and feeling refreshed.Everyone really enjoyed the stay and we hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay excellent communication with our host. The house is beautiful and we loved all the little luxury touches. The waffles were so yum and the spa pool was fab. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was super clean and tidy, everyone loved it. Loved the table tennis and dart board. Spa pool was also great. Highly recommend this property.

wonderful place to stay with family and doggy family also. Very secure for the dogs with ample room outside in garden area. House is large and has a feel at home feeling to it. extremely clean and comfy with all the comforts of cafes, supermarket, resturants and beach close by. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting accom in tauranga.

The perfect holiday home to relax in, with modern furnishings and everything was pristine. There is even a spa pool. And we were so grateful we were able to bring our dog. We didn’t have time to try making waffles - next time!It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach and a good little centre that has a picture theatre. Friendly hosts, that provided good information and were quick to respond.

Property is immaculate, and comfortable, well appointed and ammenities close by. Staff at local eatery very accomodating. Only complaint was no communication regarding access, but was resolved with help from online booking service, owner was accomodating with discount due to not providing access on time.

Fabulous house

Such a beautiful house to stay in. Very modern with lots of thoughtful touches. Table tennis and board games were great for the rainy weather. Very close to a great group of shops - recommend the Japanese restaurant. Traffic is really bad driving in and out of the area so allow extra time to get here so you can make the most of your stay!

Lovely home, great location, outside dogs only

Such a beautiful well thought out home. Everything was really clean and tidy with super comfy beds! we loved the addition of the scooters, all the board games & ping pong table. Really family friendly & well thought out. Great location, everything is in walking distance. Only downside of our stay was that when we arrived at the property with our pup the guest book had strict instructions of no pets inside. This was not transparent on the listing & made for an interesting, not so relaxing stay with our inside dog being outside the whole time & crying all night. We were happy to abide by the hosts rules but were just very grateful that the weather was good as there was no shelter outside. If we had known this we would not have booked as was looking for somewhere for the whole family. We loved the house though and definitely keen to book again though but just leave our pup behind.
