This corner condo is right up on the second floor when you enter Zilker Condominiums. When you enter you are greeted with a lovely living room with a large 65-inch TV, WiFi, and Futon couch that pulls out into a full-size bed, The Kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, drip coffee maker, and plenty of storage room to place your items. When entering the bedroom you will find a king-size bed, full-length mirror, full bathroom, and walk-in closet. Outdoors there is a common area if you would like to take your meal outside for a little picnic.

With easy check-in, delicious hot coffee provided, a prime location, and luxury bedding we designed this space to be warm and welcoming. We know you will have busy days of exploring our amazing city and cannot wait to share this space with you on your stay.

Come enjoy everything this condo has to offer in the heart of Zilker. Close to everything! Zilker Park, Little Zilker Park, Zilker Botanical Gardens, Barton Springs, Barking Springs, Austin Nature & Science Center, Deep Eddy Pool and so much MORE. Visit the many activities the park and Lady Bird Lake provide. A short walk or drive to restaurants, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc.

High-speed fiber internet will provide a wonderful work environment.

Please note it is on the second floor with no elevator. There is a washer/dryer available to pay to use in the building. The couch turns into a full futon bed in the living room, and a king-size bed in the Primary bedroom.

15-minute walk to Barton Springs, and 20-minute walk to Zilker Park, so close to many fabulous restaurants and activities!

Uber, Lyft, Cars, and bus services are all great options to access this property.
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No parties.
B. All guests shall abide by SPRKhost’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically preapproved by the SPRKhost.
D. Renter must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without preapproval by SPRKhost. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. No fireworks on premises at any time.

I. No glitter, silly string, tape on walls for decoration, water balloons or hair dye

J. Please let us know if anything is broken as soon as possible. SPRKhost will make a reasonable effort to resolve any issues with the home or amenities located on the property.
K. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you`ll receive a full refund. After that (unless stated otherwise in the home description and unit-specific terms), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you`ll receive a 100% refund of any rental payments made prior. Cancellations up to 14 days of reservation will receive a 50% refund.
L. Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
