The living and dining area is an open-plan extending to the covered patio. It comes with an outdoor dining table, lounge and BBQ to be enjoyed at all hours. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for your holiday catering as well as a breakfast bar for slow mornings at home. There is a dining table inside and comfortable sofas for family movie nights at home. The house also comes with children’s books and toys.

Each of the four bedrooms is well presented for a good night’s sleep with air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep things cool. The first bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, the second offers a queen-sized bed and the third comes with two single beds, perfect for those travelling with kids. The fourth bedroom is a fully self-contained studio replete with a kitchenette and dining table. It also enjoys a private ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom makes it easy to refresh with a bathtub, shower and complimentary boutique toiletries. A dedicated laundry room offers both a washing machine and dryer, while a powder room adds to your everyday convenience.

A parking spot is provided in the carport along with ultra-fast 250 MG/s Wi-Fi.

In Cairns town there’s excellent cafes and dining, markets and beautiful beaches nearby making it a year-round travel destination. Plus, it’s easy to get to famous sites like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree. Enjoy breakfast at Caffiend or The Chambers, lunch at Greenfields and dinner at Salt House with its beautiful waterfront views. Don’t miss Cairns institution Rusty’s Markets (Friday-Sunday) to sample the region’s exotic fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, dairy and seafood from more than 180 stalls. The market also has a host of international food stalls, specialty products, clothing and gifts.

Depending availability, we allow early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the daily price.

Before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please wash (load dishwasher) all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide a thoughtful starter amenity kit. It includes toilet rolls, bin liners, washing supplies, multipurpose spray, cooking essentials, milk, tea, coffee pods, and sugar. Please treat the neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

We have a strict no party, no smoking, no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Kindly observe the 10 AM check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. Place rubbish in bins and put the dishwasher ON, leave fans ON and air conditioners OFF. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys any replacement fees will be on-charged.
