Everyone in your group will love having their own private pool and hot tub, as well as access to the world-class amenities offered by The Currituck Club. This pristine home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs up to the golf course for sweeping views of the fairway. Built in 2022, Fore Reel Life boasts contemporary finishes and furnishings throughout for modern beach house vibes the entire family will appreciate.

After a day at the beach or exploring the resort, come home and unwind in the tastefully furnished great room. A wall of east-facing windows showcases the views of the golf course, and vaulted ceilings make the space feel bright and airy. The dining area leads out to a sun deck that overlooks the fairway and private pool below. Back inside, embrace your inner chef while cooking in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and center island for plenty of prep space. The primary king bedroom is located on the top level just off the living area and includes an ensuite bath.

The mid-level consists of two more bedrooms, both of which are ensuite for plenty of privacy. There's also a den with sleeper sofas that can serve as an additional common area or used for alternative sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, you'll find the fourth bedroom and full bath, along with a rec space for hanging out with family and friends. A wet bar with a full-size fridge is perfect for convenient snacks and drinks without having to go upstairs. The rec room leads directly out to the pool area, where you can take a refreshing dip or lounge in the sun. There's also a hot tub for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

Located in the Windswept Ridge neighborhood, Fore Reel Life offers a prime location within The Currituck Club community. Not only will you be right across from the Windswept Ridge community pool, but you'll also be within walking or biking distance to the main clubhouse. This premier facility offers something for everyone, including a fitness center, tennis, basketball, community pool with tiki bar, and more. During the summer months, use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
