Front row location, with unforgettable 180 degree ocean views stretching from Separation Creek to Sturt Point.
Iluka Lookout is a beautifully styled, very well appointed, brand new home on Iluka Avenue at Wye River.
Stunning ocean views are available from nearly every room. From the entry into the kitchen, the space draws you forward to the wide sea scape views from the dining table, lounge, and out onto the ocean deck.
The stylish kitchen is very well equipped, including Smeg coffee machine, integrated dishwasher & fridge.
Featuring warm timber floorboards in the main kitchen and living area, along with large rug in the lounge - this living space is inviting with design highlights including the architectural ceiling design which invites the Northern sunlight into the space. Plush carpet is in the three bedrooms and downstairs, and there is a central heating and cooling system ducted throughout the house to control the temperature.
The main queen sized bedroom with stunning ensuite is downstairs and enjoys ocean views from the bed as well as the adjoining freestanding bath and shower.
There is another queen bedroom downstairs.
On the main level is another bedroom with a queen size bed and a quality timber single bunk bed. The main level features another stunning bathroom, featuring a light well over the shower recess tracking the sun's movement over the course of the day and highlighting the textured tiles and natural tones used.

All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and/or beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay, so that we have accurate booking information prior to your arrival.
The 2 person rate is for 2 people sharing one bedroom and bathroom. If you are 2 people requiring 2 bedrooms, please use the 3 person rate.
Extra guests and/or beds/bedrooms used over what was booked for will incur an extra fee.

There is a concrete driveway with space for 2 vehicles. From the parking area, there are two flights of timber stairs with handrails to walk down to the house.
