This totally remodeled home is nicely furnished, with hardwood floors, throughout the house. Features include modern furniture, queen size memory foam beds, 2 Roku TV's, Wi-Fi, dinnerware, cookware, utensils, Keurig coffee machine, it has a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy a meal with friends and family. Iron, Ironing board and hair dryers are also included, It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the Airport, USC, William Brice Stadium, Ft. Jackson, Augusta and downtown Columbia. Where you will find the State House, USC Campus, museums, Congaree River, Riverbanks Zoo, Soda City farmers market, Planet Fitness Gym, Riverwalk (walking path), parks and restaurants, We are less than one hour to the Augusta Masters.mm

In for the 2025 Masters

The home was very clean in a fine neighborhood. You are on the flightpath for the airport, but did not really bother after dark. One other odd thing we thought all of the beds just had a sheet on them..no blanket or bed spread..however blankets were in closet if you wanted them. TV was a Roku TV so if you wanted to watch major channels you have to sign in with your local details. All in all very nice and would stay again..Thank you

Perfect property!

Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was really great. The only suggestion I would make is to add more seating in the Living Room. Would definitely stay again!

Warn and Tired

Furniture and home are very tired and need a renovation. Specifically living room furniture and hall bathroom. Also, the owners need to provide new/better quality bathroom linens, as well as more than only 4 sets for a whole house.

Great Property

We stayed at this property for 3 night. We were visiting our kids at USC and joined them for a football game at William Bryce. The drive to the area of the University took aprox 12 minutes. I reached out to the property manager 3-4 times with questions, since the time of booking & each time I received a quick response. The house was very clean & inviting If looking for a place to stay in West Columbia I would highly recommend this location!

Perfect house for us

The house is newly remodeled and well-stocked with everything we needed. We came to town for a week for our son’s wedding, and we loved the location and everything about the house. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

This property was perfect for our group of four. Very clean, good location and a short drive from downtown Columbia. Communication with Leti was excellent and this property really is a hidden gem. Would stay here again if I'm ever back in the Columbia area.

Very Clean and Well Organized

My family loved staying at the Truly Charming Getaway. The checkin was easy and the entire place was in pristine condition and Leticia was so kind and responsive. The only negative was the listing said they provide basic soap/towels. They were locked in two different closets, so I had to go on a bit of a scavenger hunt for body wash, shampoo/conditioner and wash clothes (I assume those fall in the basic soap/towel category). However, Leticia was so very responsive in helping me locate the items. I have no other complaints. It was perfect and I highly recommend the Truly Charming Getaway to anyone staying in this area.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable!!

I can't express how nice the rooms are!! We were think of moving down here our selfs 🤣 if the house's are like that!! Everything work well and it was child friendly. The only thing we had a problem with is the second bathroom shower drain. It drains slowly, but other then that, my family enjoyed our staycation!!! Book here on your next trip. You won't be disappointed!! 🥰

Texans visit to SC- Great times, great house!

Our stay in West Columbia SC at Leti’s house was wonderful. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The 3 bedrooms worked well with each of us ladies getting our on space. The beds were very comfortable and we rested well each night as we prepared for our daily adventures. Being from Texas, we love our AC and the unit kept us very cool. The location was great, as we were able to hop on interstate 26 within a minute. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Leti was very responsive to all communications. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable

Our stay was comfortable. Enjoyed having 2 full bathrooms. Quick commute to the University. Our host communicated well. I would recommend and stay again. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Little House!

very cozy; creaky floors give a "home" feel; master bedroom w/queen (or full?) bed + bathroom; guest room w/queen (or full?) bed; kids' room w/three twin beds; fit four-and-a-half of us very comfortably; booking was easy; Leticia was very helpful and easy to work with. One note: the water pressure in the master bathroom is almost too amazing. LOL! The trick is to put the hot/cold water to only half, not full. If you do full, put the shower nozzle to half. We figured that out when the shower curtain was attacking us due to the air the water pressure produced. Still, I'll take almost too much water pressure over not enough!

Amazing Place to Stay

Leti was prompt with responding to any questions we had. Her house was incredibly clean, roomy, bed were cozy, neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our spring break. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great stay in Columbia, SC!

Visiting my wife's family for Christmas. Our family of six had a great stay at this property. Very clean home, good location close to the interstate. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Will definitely be making this our "home away from home" in South Carolina.

Leti’s place was excellent, my family of 7 had plenty space. Exceeded our expectations!

The check in/out process was super easy. The home was much bigger than expected, my family of 7 (including a toddler) had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the house was super clean. The location was nice, quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Leti was an excellent hostess with great response time and open communication. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!
