Lakeside Villa 12A - 2BR Villa with Beautiful Lake View in Gated LBTS

Gorgeous View of Osprey Lake! Lakeside Villa 12A has great views of the saltwater lake at Litchfield by the Sea and is just a short walk to the Lakeside Villas community pool.  This villa is all on one level and has a great layout.  The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have a view of the lake.  The screened porch off the living area is furnished and offers a peaceful view of the lake, shorebirds and waterfowl. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations. There is a breakfast bar as well as the dining table that seats up to 5.  The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the screened porch. The remodeled master bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower with grab bar. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  

Parking is available in front of the villa.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping, and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bathmats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred, and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
