Located on the hill & restricted for taxi or uber
It is very hard to find a good location when booking through these sites if there are no review; we got fooled by listing description and cover picture. Air conditioning (A/C) is our #1 priority in that hot weather, so we made sure to find a listing with A/C, but when we reached there, we only found table fans and no A/C; kids were all upset, but we had no choice at that point. Host said all the A/C is out for repair (it’s not true). They need to remove the A/C from the amenity section and lower the price.The condo is nice and safe, however it’s up on the hill & restricted area for uber or taxi, so we struggled going uphill in the heavy traffic & no sidewalk. This is not a place for people with little children or elderly.The host was nice enough to arrange a guy to pick & drop us back to airport, however it cost us more than double compared to taxi or uber.We didn't even stay at the condo during days; we go out early morning & back after 10pm, but host messaged me during day indicating that the neighbor complained about noise from us (we were not even home); we were struggling to manage our stay & this incorrect complained made it even worse. If someone can live in that neighborhood, they should get used to all kinds of noise, not sure why they are complaining.We had to leave the patio door open whenever we were back in the condo to get some air since there is no A/C, it will be noisy but don’t have much choice; this place won’t work for a sensitive sleeper.
