The Space:
Welcome to our exquisitely appointed three-bedroom Superior Apartment at The Oracle Resort, Broadbeach. This elegant retreat features a spacious balcony with an outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying meals or drinks while taking in the vibrant surroundings. Inside, every detail exudes luxury, with premium appliances, ducted air conditioning, designer furnishings, LCD televisions, and a host of sophisticated touches to ensure an unforgettable stay.

The Oracle building is situated right in the heart of Broadbeach. It is surrounded by its very own fine dining and fashion precinct and world renowned Kurrawa Beach is right across the road! Everything you need to enjoy the very best the Gold Coast has on offer is right at your door.

CAR PARKING
1 x Private secure car park is available to reserve for an additional $10 per night. Please note that there are limited spaces available, we recommend reserving a space in advance to avoid missing out.

AMENITIES
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:
Bed linen for each bed
1 x bath towels for each guest.
1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person.
4 x sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
1 x dish cloth & scourer.

GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.

Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.

The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

Guest Access:
This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts.

CHECK IN From 3:00pm
On the day of arrival, key collection will take place at our office located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Check in is usually from 3pm, however if the property is ready earlier one of our staff will let you know via SMS.

If you are arriving outside of office hours, you will be sent late arrival information with instructions on how to access your keys via our night safe. This is also located at the front of our office.

Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. Same-day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm. This includes providing photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit, and signing our lease agreement. If you would like a copy of this lease agreement before confirming your reservation please feel free to send us an enquiry.

The security deposit is a $1000 pre-authorisation on the day of arrival. Please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard, and this card must be in the same name as the booking. The security deposit will be released 7 days after departure as long as there are no damages or extra charges incurred.

CHECK OUT By 10:00am
Upon departure, it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to return your keys to our office or via the key return drop box located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Alternatively you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment.

We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings and leave both sets of guest keys on the kitchen bench.

The Neighborhood:
The suite is located in the heart of Broadbeach. It's a short walk to the Pacific Ocean, Star Casino, Gold Coast Convention Center, and Pacific Fair Shopping Center.

Getting Around:
Bringing a car with you to the Gold Coast?
Private secure car parking is available for an additional $10 per day. This can be booked with the agent after a reservation is confirmed.

Alternatively the local tram stop is just a short walk and there is a bus stop at the front of the property.

Other Things to Note:

Interaction with Guests:
As a Real Estate Agency we are open Monday 9am-5pm and 11:30am-3:30pm on the weekends. We also provide guests with an after hours Emergency contact number just in case!
