Located on the western side of Hamilton Island, you can enjoy the island's renowned sunsets from your balcony.

Situated on the ground floor, this apartment opens onto a covered entertaining area with outdoor seating for six people.

Location.
All the restaurants, shops and activities on Hamilton Island's Front Street are just a short buggy ride away.

Rooms.
There are two spacious bedrooms. The master has a balcony, water views, a flat screen TV and a large walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has another large walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TV and its own air-conditioning.

Pool.
The apartment has direct access to Blue Water Views' sparkling shared pool.

Kitchen.
A large, open-plan kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishwasher and caesarstone benchtops.

Family-friendly.
This ground-floor apartment is spread over a single level, making it ideal for families with small children.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
