Perfect for academics, students, or visitors alike, walk to Coles and Woolies nearby to stock up on groceries and unwind with an alfresco meal in your private courtyard. Melbourne’s city centre is easily reachable via Glenferrie Station while the 16 tram allows for easy access to St Kilda Beach.
Experience a simple and practical stay in this cosy apartment, designed for comfort and convenience. The inviting living and dining area features two comfortable sofas and a TV—perfect for relaxing after a day out in Hawthorn. The compact kitchen offers all the essentials you need to prepare meals with ease, with ample space to dine inside or alfresco in the courtyard.
Two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with built-in wardrobes and direct access to the private courtyard, effortlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a two-seater sofa, and mirrors, while the second bedroom features a double bed complemented by charming vintage accents. The bathroom, conveniently positioned near the bedrooms, includes a shower and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you feel refreshed and ready for the day.
Outside, the courtyard provides one parking spot. The laundry room is shared with just one other apartment and offers free use of a washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay. There is also and outdoor clothes line.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Start your day with a latte from Axil Coffee Roasters before enjoying a kick of the footy at Glenferrie Oval or cooling off at Hawthorn Aquatic Centre’s outdoor pool, all within a five-minute stroll. For Italian flavours, visit the social media-famous Piccolo Panini Bar. Please note that the hot water system is a 80L tank system, which is not a continuous hot water supply. Once the hot water runs out, you will need to wait for the tank to heat up again.
