Each bedroom has a television and there is wi-fi throughout the condo, so you won't miss a bit of the real world unless you want to. There is a full size washer and dryer so you can make sure those beach towels are clean for your next beach day. This unit is a non-smoking condo. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and no pets are permitted. Monthly rental rates are available.

Crystal Shores West amenities include a zero-entry outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, and sauna. This complex also has a gulf front facing fitness center and a game room featuring pool tables and a Foosball table. Enjoy an easy walk to the water with a boardwalk leading out to the beach and outdoor washing station.

A 2 car parking limit is strictly enforced with covered parking available.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
