We’re local hosts who genuinely love this area and everything it offers. Waterton Foothills Getaway was created as a place where families and groups could slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the landscapes we’re lucky to live near.
We’ve put a lot of care into this home—choosing comfort, space, and real experiences over trends or heavy editing. What you see in the photos is exactly what you’ll experience: real views, real sunsets, and a peaceful setting just minutes from Waterton Lakes National Park.
We’re hands-on, responsive, and always happy to help with recommendations or questions. Our goal is simple: to offer a comfortable, honest, and memorable stay you’ll want to return to.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose Mountain View because it offers the best of both worlds: close access to Waterton Lakes National Park without the congestion of the townsite. Being just 15 minutes away means guests can easily explore the park during the day, then return to a quieter, more spacious setting in the evening.
The neighborhood is rural and peaceful, with wide-open views where the foothills meet the Rockies. It’s common to see wildlife, enjoy vivid sunrises and sunsets, and experience true dark skies at night—things that are harder to find closer to the park.
Larger properties, open space, and minimal traffic make Mountain View especially well suited for families and groups who want privacy, room to relax, and a more authentic foothills experience, while still being close to everything Waterton has to offer.
