Welcome to Chill Island, your home away from home! This brand new (2025) 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.
Enjoy breathtaking views of downtown, including the iconic CN Tower from the comfort of your living room. Parking included!
The condo features sleek finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, large windows, and ample natural light.
Top-tier amenities include a gym, 24-hour concierge, outdoor pool, theatre, and study/work lounge.
This is a brand new property and building right in the heart of downtown's best pocket - Theatre District! It's just a short walk to the best attractions, restaurants, and transportation Toronto has to offer in a safe and lively area.
The condo is very well laid out with 1 of the bedrooms in a separate wing. The accessories/linens are all brand new! We love a meticulous space, and we want our guests to experience of just that.
All the spaces are super bright with large windows and great city views. The unit feels so light as it's located in the south-east corner of the building. The large balcony is perfect for catching the prettiest views of the CN tower's light show at night.
The primary bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located in a separate, private wing with the bathroom (with tub) just outside the door.
Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms provides a serene escape with plush bedding, generous closet space, and calming decor. The two spa-like bathrooms include toiletries and linens, offering a perfect retreat after a long day of work or exploring the city.
The building offers top-tier amenities, including a fitness centre, 24-hour concierge, outdoor pool, theatre, providing an unparalleled living experience. With public transportation, dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps away, you’ll be in the center of everything Toronto has to offer.
