Lovely stay!

I have to start off by saying the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great! Those are always my top concern, so I was very pleased with this. The room was clean, everything was in good order, comfortable and well thought out. Lots of hot water, nice towels. Small snafu was that when I took out the garbage I couldn’t get back in using the code on that lower outside door. Luckily I wasn’t alone so I called to someone in the parking garage and she walked down the hall and opened the door for me. The bottle of wine and note in the room was a sweet touch. I would stay again Thank you for a lovely accommodation.

We had a lovely time - great location at Lakeside. Quiet like we were hoping with a nice view of the lake as Brad was great in getting us an earlier check in.

Lovely condo with great location

Very much enjoyed my stay at this condo; great location to the downtown as well as a few nearby wineries very short walk to a nice "beach" location on the lake. Also, owner was very responsive and helpful when I extended my stay by 1 day; we communicated throughout our stay and he was always quick to respond. I few issues arose, owner has pledged to use those as coaching for his housekeeping team. Overall, enjoyed our stay and am thankful for the great service by the owner.

2 night stay

Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the little balcony w seating for morning coffee. Took advantage of pool and hot tub. Easy walk to park and lake, and handy having little store next door. Only problem - Entry code given would not work and it took about 45 min to get it straightened out. Several people tried to help, but would recommend calling the 800 number right away. They gave us a new code and that did the trick. All in all, a nice stay. We’d rent again.

Chelan Resort Suites Condo

took over an hour to get a live person to assist us to gain entry to the condo. The code provided did not work; there was no on-site manager; there was no dedicated number to chose in 800-number for "cannot gain entry into house"; the only option that was available was "you have entered the house and something is wrong"...go figure. The beds were way too soft and uncomfortable. The AC did not seem to work in the bedroom overlooking the lake--if you close the door, you will roast. There was a tower, standing fan in that room...should have been the first clue. It was disgustingly dirty with dust and gunk, no ceiling fan. Last night of our stay, the ensuite toilet stopped working--the tank would not fill with water. Also had some trash left on floor of bathroom from a previous occupant. Overall, would not return to this property.

Great stay

We had a little trouble gettin in to the room. Had to call and get door lock reset as it didn’t work properly. Once that was straightened out, the rest of the trip was amazing.

Chelan wine tasting

This is an older complex and could use some updates, but clean, comfortable and a convenient location. Nice location near lake, able to walk down to the lake and viewed from our room. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of supplies, i.e. paper towels, soap, toilet paper etc.

Unfortunately will not be back to this location

There is a limit to the length so this isn’t complete. We had so many issues we actually left the condo a day early and notified the manager. We had to contact 4 different people but the manager (Steve I believe) finally took action a couple days before leaving and offered us a refund on the cleaning fee and $50/day for loss of amenities(still waiting for that to come in). He said nothing was in the file as being reported but i reported to someone named Keith, the individual that texted the evening we got in to check cleanliness and I called the 1-800 Vacasa line and reported bc nothing was happening. Here were the issues: showers were not cleaned and both had hair on the walls and pink bacteria covering the bottom half of the shower curtains, no mattress in pullout couch (only 2 broken air mattress), blood stains on the top of the pullout cover as well as the fitted sheet for the pull out, pillows were yellow stained and smelled bad, floors left our feet black, dvd player did not work, got locked out of garage code for 2 days with no response and then out of everything (the entire bldg did). The person that texted about cleaning said there would be a ticket in to fix things, crickets (I even sent photos as asked). When I finally got to talk with the actual manager, he was nice and worked with us but said there was nothing filed about the issues so he had no idea (I cleaned things myself). Will not be coming back, it ruined our time there.

Unit was extremely dusty causing allergy reaction

This unit was very dusty with dust on the blinds and high locations so that when the AC would come on I was breathing dusty. I had to purchase allergy meds, that I never needed before, just to make through my 5 day stay. Besides the dusty challenge, I suggest an ironing board to be able to use the iron the unit has and more than only one dish towel. The location was great with my parking spot off the street and bed was comfortable.

Great location

We loved how close the room was to the lake! What a beautiful view. PROS:Parking was convenient, the pool access for the kids was great. AC was nice and cold for the almost 100 degree weather. CONS: I wish the beds were more comfortable, pretty worn out. Also the would have loved an actual grill in the actual unit, instead of going down stairs to use the grills.

Pro's and Con's

Lets start with the pro's... it was a clean and very nice room, well stocked with items needed for my stay. Easy access to get into the unit, pool, and property itself. Great distance to town and an easy walk to the park and the water. Con's... the mattresses are HORRIBLE, they have to be so old because my husband and myself sunk into individual crevices on each side of the mattress and then there was a giant hump in the middle. The spare room was exactly the same. Please replace the mattresses, this is the only issue with this unit, but such a big one!! Would love to stay in this unit again, but not if the mattresses have not been replaced.

Easy stay

Our stay was a quick 2 nights. An easy place to come in for a fun two day stint. Walk to the state park. Quick drive to town. The only downside was the beds and couch.. Just buy new beds and a couch and you would have a 5 star review. Beds were awful, loud, wobbly and uncomfortable. The couch was concave. Place was clean, great little deck.

Would book again

Nice place, close to the lake, clean, comes with everything you need and more. The only ask I have is that I wish someone was present on site to kinda walk the guest through all the amenities that come with the house and also list them on the website is possible because the place comes loaded with everything and more one needs on a rental vacation home, I could have packed a lot less stuff had I know about the additional items that came with the place (kitchen, additional air mattresses, canopy etc.) which I didn’t discovered until the night before our exit!
