The rent includes cable TV, wireless Internet, water and electricity. There is a smart TV, air-conditioning as well as a kitchenette area with a mini fridge, toaster oven, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery.



The Palm Beach Hotel-Condominium has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.



The Front Desk or Building Management does not cater any issues or request during your stay.

Building Amenities include a large heated swimming pool set within a tropical garden, a multimedia room, library, expansive lobby (which houses the Palm Beach Day Spa), wash app operated laundry, and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxation.



A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.



Parking:

Parking in front of the hotel is limited to 5 hour metered parking ($5 per hour) 9 AM and 11 PM daily. You can park overnight from 12 AM until 10 AM. Please move your car by 10 AM to avoid a $50 fine.
