Bed hard as a rock, couch was falling apart, upstairs had no air, didn’t receive the keyless entry information in time had to call the contact for an hour straight before getting a response. The house is super nice but they need to update the furniture.

This house is beautiful but the upkeep of the house is horrible. The beds are hard as a rock, there is no air upstairs, cobwebs everywhere and the bathrooms were not the cleanest. Recommend them updating the house and hiring a new cleaning crew to take care of it.

Customer service always answers the phone but the issue could not be resolved. I would NOT recommend this place! we walked into several spiderwebs the walls were dirty and the floors and the bedroom dresser furniture was broken . The home had an old odor . The biggest thing was NO A/C the owner knew about the problem and still rented out the place being that the summer is here ,that was very uncomfortable we were told to pull out the fans out of the dusty closets . Apparently this past winter the heat was out so it’s been broken since then per their answering service person .The whole home needs to be done over the floors were dirty and all of the walls. The bedding was also not fresh . The cleaning company needs to be fired the home was not clean the carpet is also in terrible shape old dead bugs in the corners of the walls .. please do better We didn’t even stay our second night didn’t want to swear in our sleep again

I truly tried to give this home the benefit of the doubt based on the pictures listed on Vrbo, but unfortunately, my experience confirmed exactly what many of the previous low-rated reviews had said. I now realize I should’ve listened when people were rating it 2/10 and pointing out the same issues I experienced. To start, we didn’t receive the check-in instructions until 10 minutes after our scheduled time, which was frustrating and unprofessional. When we walked in, the home had a strong, unpleasant smell, and we noticed there were sheets just sitting on the couch—we couldn’t tell if they were clean or dirty, but either way, they should’ve been folded and put away, not left thrown across the furniture. We had to go out and buy candles and Lysol just to make the space feel somewhat livable. The home was clearly not cleaned properly: there were spider webs everywhere, including in the bedrooms, baby roaches on the floors, small bugs crawling on the ceilings, and a thick layer of dust on many surfaces. The grass outside wasn’t cut, making the property feel even more neglected. Though the listing says it’s a 4-bedroom, one of the rooms had a sign that said “Not for rent,” which felt misleading. On our last day, we checked the garage and found it full of old, used storage, which made us feel uncomfortable—almost like we were being watched. The TV in the living room wasn’t even set up; it was just sitting on the floor. To make things worse, the host randomly showed up during our

Much less kitchen ware and helpful ammenities to help your guests than most VRBOs I have used. House in poor shape concerning sheetrock, trim, etc. It's like it was never finished. On the other hand, we needed a clean, inexpensive place to stay while in town for a wedding. It was much better than renting three hotel rooms for three nights each. It was clean, but bare bones inside.
