IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
*All linen is supplied except beach towels.
*Strictly no Leavers/Schoolies bookings
*Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.
* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
* There is a very high (3 level) staircase on the back verandah with no gate. Please supervise children at all times.
* The Smart TV's do not have free to air channels.
* Mobile phone reception is limited in the house & best on the front verandah. Telstra is best for regional areas.

FIREWOOD NOTICE: 
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. 
During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules. 

PETS: This property has a secure fenced area for dogs. Well behaved dogs are welcome & booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy.

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property
