Ideally located between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, this charming, newly renovated apartment welcomes you in the heart of an 8-hectare tropical park, within an exceptional resort offering a variety of activities: a tennis court, mini-golf, a pétanque court, a seawall with a beautiful fishing spot for fishing enthusiasts, as well as one of the most beautiful and largest swimming pools in the Caribbean and a lovely lagoon bordered by a coral reef.

You’ll find a beachfront restaurant, “Le Ti’ Coco,” where you can enjoy breakfast and meals right by the water (with several menu options to choose from).

Bathed by the trade winds, Le Ti’ Paradise boasts an exceptional location with a 180° view of the sea and its neighboring islands, stretching from La Désirade to Les Saintes, including Marie-Galante, which lies directly across from the apartment; on clear days, we also have a view of Dominica.

Fully equipped, this apartment offers every comfort, including linens, beach chairs with beach towels, Canal Satellite TV package, and free Wi-Fi.
