In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in the Vanderhorst Plantation, features five bedrooms, a beautiful screened-in porch, and is just a 1-minute walk to the beach!

Walking into this home, you’ll be greeted by abundant natural light. The living room offers plenty of seating for the whole family as well as a large flat-screen TV. Located off the living room is a beautiful screened-in porch with a love seat and chair. Dine al fresco at the table and listen to the pleasant sounds that the nature of Kiawah Island has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook.

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor of the home. It offers guests a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and a private deck. The second bedroom also provides a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3, which features two twin beds.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The fourth bedroom is situated at the front of the home and boasts a king-size bed and its own attached full bathroom, including a walk-in shower. Off the living room, you’ll find the fifth bedroom offering a king-size bed.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
