Family and pet friendly, lots of rooms for big or blended families. Great space to come together or find separate activities on different floors! If we had planned to eat in more, we would have needed a bigger variety of pots and pans to cook with.

Great stay however here are some soecifics that applied to us but may not apply to all.The kitchen is missing simple items like whisks and a can opener. The oven is a bit finicky, and if you plan to bbq like we did, just make sure to get propane! The house is spacious and beautiful and the massage chair is a plus.

Great Family Time

Our family spent 3 days at this home and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 6 adults, 2 kids 10 & 13, and 2 under 2 years old). The basketball hoop in the backyard was a big hit as was the pool table downstairs. Lots of room for family time, but everyone still had their own space also. The green space behind the house was a bonus and the kids enjoyed the park.

Conflicted

I am conflicted while writing this review. On one hand, the location, size, check in and communication was great. On the other hand the home was unfortunately filthy. Too many cleanliness issues to state but we spent the first evening cleaning the house which was very unfortunate. Once that was finished it was very pleasant.

We take complete videos of the property before check in to prevent guests nit picking about things. Completly vacuumed and mopped floors, bleach washed towels and beddings, all tables wiped, all sinks and showers flushed, not a single time any guest complained about cleanliness before. I know you just wanted refund, but sorry can't do.

This stay was just ok, knocked down by the owner Fang, who was just short of rude. Character is defined by how you act when things go wrong. Upon arriving, there were cleaning supplies left on a table. I texted "Where shall we put them?" & noted hair on the floor of the 1st floor bathroom, along with water on the floor & in the shower. Never got an answer about the supplies, but I did receive "My cleaners are trained by a Marriott professional. Drying a shower is never part of any cleaning". My daughter with us, spent 4 years @ Marriott & said that is flat-out wrong. If it's not dried, that's where mold & mildew grow. Fang also texted "Your cleaning fee is extremely low, only half of other 4,000 square foot homes". So I only get a half-cleaned home? The next morning, I texted for check-out details since there were none in my reservation or the house. 3 texts asking & 10 hours later, I get "To start off, it's Sunday & I'm sick as hell." I didn't realize texts weren't allowed on Sundays or when a host is sick, that wasn't listed anywhere. I mean, I paid for Sunday, you'd think responses would be part of the deal. Then this "General response time is 12 hours, if you had an urgent matter, you would've called the number listed rather than using the app." It wasn't urgent, it was how to tidy your house. You should hire better cleaners & have a back-up plan when you're sick. An innocuous text about a kinda dirty bathroom turned into 2 days of nasty responses. Who needs this crap?
Cleaning supplies left out. Glad we had no little children find them first!

One of many dirty glasses pulled right out of the cabinet. We had to wash everything before using the. 3 total pans, but 2 were Woks that weren't helpful.

I let you checked in early and immediately you complained about wet showers that were just wiped and flushed within 30 mins. Had you checked in at the set time it would've dried already. You sent in rude mesaages acting like the place is not livable because of that. At that moment I knew what you are not the guest that hosts want, and I knew you were going to put down a bad review. I then had a fever and still replied to you within the recommended reply window, but you just expected immediate reply for non-urgent matters. I can only recommend you to rent a presidential suite, as I'm sure they will satisfy all your needs.

When communicating with the host he was great! I was honest with the plan and he agreed. The house was not clean at all! The sheets smelt stale, the dust in that place proves that it’s not cleaned regularly. The furniture felt like he found random marketplace furniture to use. Their living room furniture was patio furniture with a huge teddy bear and high chair. The house is beautiful but badly maintained inside and out. The garbage bins were full and they didn’t have any black garbage bags, but thank god I took my own. They didn’t have any sugar or coffee even though they are on the counter. The neighbours are racists and complained over an event that lasted 45 minutes on Saturday afternoon. They ruined our experience. If you don’t care about all those reasons then you’ll love the place.

You arranged an unauthorized event and had 100 people coming over, disturbed the entire neighborhood with super loud music, and yet you claim that one neighbor came over to threaten 100 of your people. I offered to provide outdoor camera footage but you couldn't provide details about when and where. I had option from Vrbo to evict your entire group immediately but still allowed you to stay for the entire reservation. Your group smoked inside, stained towels, and ruined all floor mats. We take complete videos upon finishing cleaning, and the other group of guests just checked out before you. As a matter of fact, the place is usually fully booked and is cleaned over ten times per months. Your review has nowhere to stand.
