Sunrise Valley Suite
This spacious 3 bedrooms private entry suite with 1460 sqft & 10' tall celling. Offers a spacious living room with kitchenette, new laundry, an extra large covered patio, BBQ with side burner, and outdoor lounging with a newly built Cabana Garden Shed. Ample parking for multiple vehicles.
Only 10 min drive to downtown Kelowna, City Park & beach. Over 10 wineries within 5-10 min drive.
Sleep well in comfortable 2 king & 1 queen beds. The master bathroom has modern log cabin style.
Upgrade the kitchenette is equipped with newly electrical appliances, such as electric hotplate, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, cookware and utensils, easy to cook simple healthy meals.
Note: there is no full-size stove/oven. Only electric hotplate, air fryer, and BBQ with side burner.
The large living area designed for comfort and relaxation, high speed Wifi and a 65" 4k Smart TV with Netflix.
The suite has its own thermostat, a brand new Washer/Dryer. Hotel quality linens and towels are supplied.
Lovely private covered patio, outdoor patio and the newly built Western Red Cedar - Cabana Garden Shed are perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative, or for families.
The suite is equipped with its own entrance on the side of the house for maximum privacy. This space is bright with lots of natural light from the windows.

Over 10 wineries within 5-10 minutes drive, beautiful Kalamoir Regional Park with swimming and hiking; Nesters Market, Xtreme Landmark theatre. Three major ski hills are within an one hour drive - Big White, Silver Star and Apex, as well as several cross country ski hills such as Sovereign Lake Nordic Club.
