This two-story, five-bedroom Coastal Hamptons style home offers a relaxing retreat where you can unwind and rejuvenate. Comfortably sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 children, this home is suitable for multiple families or is equally ideal as a spacious private family retreat or a girls weekend away.

With five beautifully decorated bedrooms, including three master suites with their own ensuites, there is plenty of room for everyone ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The home features open plan living, with a second living area upstairs that flows out onto a spacious balcony overlooking the plunge pool and views to the park and beach beyond.

Enjoy the luxury amenities offered including mineral heated plunge pool, large alfresco dining area with BBQ and a fireplace for those cooler evenings for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• Living Areas: 2 expansive living areas perfect for relaxation and entertainment, with plenty of seating for all. The upstairs living area flows out onto a generous balcony with view to the park and Catherine Hill Bay beach beyond.
• Fireplace: Cosy up by the fireplace in the open living areas on cooler evenings for a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Bedrooms: 5 beautifully decorated rooms, including 3 master suites all with King beds, walk-in-robes and ensuites. The home can accommodate up to 12 guests (14 on request with a sofa bed). One master suite is located downstairs (the Plantation Room), with all other bedrooms located on the second level. Our Lighthouse bedroom features a bunk bed and single bed, the Whale bedroom has a single and king single with trundle.
• Bathrooms: 4 modern bathrooms with all necessary amenities, providing convenience and privacy. Each Master suite has its own bathroom, the downstairs master suite bathroom is shared as a powder room. The main bathroom features a free-standing bathtub and all bathrooms have showers with the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.
• Kitchen: Spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen offers everything you need to cook up meals, featuring a large island bench, pantry / breakfast nook, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, drinks fridge as well as a wide selection of cookware, utensils and crockery.
• Dining: Large dining area, situated next to the kitchen, offers seating for 12.
• Alfresco Dining: Large sliding doors open out onto the Alfresco which spans the width of the house. Host a delicious barbecue with the provided BBQ facilities, seating area and large outdoor dining table.
• Pool: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private heated plunge pool or relax next to it in the pool house featuring Adirondack chairs and sunlounges, perfect for hot summer days.

• Beach Access: just a 7 minute stroll to both Catherine Hill Bay or Moonee Beach.

Eastport Luxury Beach Retreat is located in Catherine Hill Bay, a historic coastal town just 90 minutes from Sydney, and 30 minutes from Newcastle. Nestled between Munmorah State Conservation Area and the Ocean, there are many opportunities to relax & appreciate nature.

There are three beaches at your doorstep; the patrolled Catherine Hill Bay Beach (otherwise known as Middle Camp) named twice as one of Australia’s 101 Best Beaches and home to the iconic former coal-loading jetty; the quieter, more secluded Moonee Beach & the pristine Ghosties Beach.
The area is perfect for swimming, surfing, fishing, hikes and walks and photography.

Guest access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself, except the garage. Guests will have access to the plunge pool and Alfresco BBQ area. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the space.

Other things to note:
Fresh towels and bed linen will be provided for your stay, including pool towels but please bring your own beach towels. We ask that you do not take our towels to the beach.

Please read and respect the house rules, this is very much appreciated. Before your arrival, we will share a house guide and instructions on how to access the property.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so please no loud or rowdy parties. A schoolies/large event type celebration is not allowed. Please be considerate of our house and neighbours. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected. If we find evidence of the above this means additional charges and/or eviction will apply.

There are outdoor surveillance cameras at the front of the property, one down each side path and the back fence gate. No surveillance cameras in the house.
