Our home is set up perfectly for those wanting to enjoy entertaining on those warm summer evenings with an open-plan dining and kitchen area flowing straight onto the deck. Designed around a central island bench, there is plenty of space to prepare meals or sit up at the breakfast bar or come together around the large eight-person dining table.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms located across 2 levels. Bedroom configuration as follows:

- Master suite located upstairs with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
- Located downstairs are two of the queen sized bedrooms.
- The final bedroom downstairs comprises of two single beds, ideal for those travelling with kids.

- We have very fast fibre internet at this home - which is great for those guests who need to work from home. Speed 250 plus.

There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Ample parking is available including two spots in the driveway and a double car garage.

Linen and towels are included to ensure your stay is hassle free. BYO beach towels.
No parties
Families preferred, not suited to large younger groups.
Strictly no bucks, hens or schoolies.
Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise down.
No loud music any time of the day.
