Modern 2 bed/2 bath, 1st floor condo. Casa Ventosos (Calypso 102).
Casa Ventosos (unit 102 in the Calypso condos) is centrally located & very well equipped. This first floor condo has a large back deck (great for entertaining, watching the sun set or storing equipment), comfortable Douglas Mattress beds (one king & one queen), 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen & free gated parking. There is also access to 2 shared hot tubs on the roof with some of the best views in La Ventana. We are confident Casa Ventosos will make your stay in La Ventana extra special!
The space
2 beds (1 king & 1 queen), 2 bathrooms, 2 couches (one is a fold out bed suitable for kids or small adult). This condo fits 2 couples well or a small family. We suggest 4 people for best fit but it could also work with 5 if the fold out couch is used. This unit has a large back deck that is ideal for secure storage of sporting equipment. The kitchen is very well equipped with a convection microwave, stove top, air fryer, blender, ice maker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker & there is a BBQ on the deck.
Guest access
Casa Ventosos is a stand alone condo that shares no side walls with other units (only a ceiling/floor with the condo above). You will have access to everything in the condo. You also have access to the shared roof top deck (2 hot tubs, 2 wood burning grills). You have access to one assigned parking spot & potentially other guest parking spots. There is a shared area in the yard for drying gear but our unit also has a large deck suitable for gear storage.
Other things to note
This condo really is well situated. It is a block up from the road so there is minimal traffic noise. Its a short walk or drive to the beach and there are numerous restaurants and other local amenities close by. It has a North West view which provides amazing sunset views. It is on the shadier side of the building which is nice for temperature control (we find we do not need to use the AC much at all but each room does have an AC/heat mini split for use as needed). We have equipped each room with a Douglas Mattress for optimal sleeping comfort. Its a great place to settle in and explore from.

We love sharing our space with others when we are not using it. La Ventana has so much to offer and having a comfortable place to come and go from just makes it that much better! We know you will love your stay!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love this location because its central to everything that La Ventana has to offer. A short walk or a short drive gets you to numerous beaches and lots of great restaurants. We are also one block up from the busy main street so its relatively quiet. There is a pickle ball court across the street at Ventana Blue, there is a bike rental a block away, the market is a few blocks North. Its just a great spot to explore from!

This condo is new, modern, very well equipped and very comfortable. The beds are brand new Douglas mattresses. The hot tubs on the roof have some of the best views in La Ventana. We pride ourselves on making sure our home is set up with everything you need. We are confident you will feel at home here!
