LOCATION Fazenda Sítio Velho is located in the rural area of ​​Areias-SP, in a valley surrounded by nature, near the Serra da Bocaina, between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. With complete privacy and no close neighbors, the property is the ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility, leisure, connection with nature, and unforgettable moments with family or friends. ACCOMMODATIONS The main building has 6 suites, each with a queen bed and a single bed (or three single beds, if preferred). The price in the ad is only for the use of the main building, with 6 suites. There are also 7 external suites available for larger groups, totaling capacity for up to 13 suites. To book external suites, please contact us to arrange a reservation. All accommodations are comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay. STRUCTURE AND LEISURE The property offers a wide variety of leisure options: - Swimming pool and wood-fired sauna for relaxation; - Lake with stand-up paddleboarding; - Nature trails with nearby waterfalls (one just 5 minutes from the main building); - Games room, soccer field and tennis court; - Chapel, vegetable garden and agroforestry area for moments of contemplation. KITCHEN AND FOOD The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, two gas stoves, three refrigerators, a dishwasher, a microwave, and other appliances. See our complete list of utensils in "Other Information". Guests should bring their own food, but we provide basic items such as salt, olive oil, cooking oil, sugar, and cleaning supplies. COOKING AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES AVAILABLE SEPARATELY For your convenience, we can provide contact information for professionals in the area who offer cooking and housekeeping services. They can also provide bespoke meals, with menu options that include everything from preparation to ingredient shopping. They also offer housekeeping or cooking services only. Please request in advance so that we can organize and confirm availability. COMFORT AND PRACTICALITY - Bed linen and towels included; - High-speed satellite Wi-Fi internet; - Smart TV with remote control in the living room; - Potable water from an artesian well throughout the property; - Showers with solar heating and auxiliary electric system (main building) or gas (external suites).
