This expansive rural retreat has been luxuriously appointed, with newly designed interiors and furniture. It features five elegantly appointed bedrooms, three designer bathrooms, multiple inviting living areas, a formal library, and a spacious, fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Ideal for families or groups, Shorestead is thoughtfully designed with both intimate spaces for privacy and large communal areas for gathering, dining, and entertaining in style.

The main residence comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, while an adjacent cottage offers additional sleeping for four extra people with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed perfect for those seeking extra space (please note, the cottage does not have a bathroom). Although the cottage is included in the price, there is an additional guest charge over 10 people, for additional cleaning and linen.

Neighbourhood
Little Forest is a hidden gem on the South Coast, located just before Milton/Ulladulla. This gorgeous area is delightful and a little quieter than the more well-known areas of the coast. A short drive to Narrawallee beach, walking trails, restaurants & wineries, it is the perfect location for the whole family to enjoy and relax.

Getting Around
As this is a small community, we recommend having your own car to get around the area to visit local attractions.

Other Things to Note
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 25 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travellers under the age of 23 that are travelling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.

Late checkout:
Afternoon checkouts can be requested if the property isn't booked the next day. They will be subject to a fee. Please ask for more details.

Supplies: Complimentary provisions are included such as several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies and toilet roll. Please ensure you bring your own extra provisions.

Under no circumstances are caravans, camping or swags allowed without prior approval (which will incur a fee). You will be asked to leave the property immediately if this is the case.
