Designed by renowned architect Hal Levitt, a designer of some of the most significant Mid-Century modern residences, a number of which have been owned by famous celebrities. Known as "THE ELVIS HOUSE!", the story home was featured in the 1968 film "Live a Little, Love a Little" starring Elvis Presley. This home has undergone tremendous renovations since then, the home now included all the luxuries of a modern home while maintaining the integrity of its classic Hollywood origin.

The primary bedroom boasts ample concealed closet space, built-out walk-in closet, fireplace, sitting area, and direct pool access! Throughout the house you can enjoy a breathtaking views throughout the home with floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy a grand entertaining style with not only open views, but also a sunken bar sliding doors that open to the beautiful enormous outdoor patio, pool and abundance of lounge space to entertain friends and family.

Getting Around:
Sightseeing in LA is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Los Angeles. Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Uru s. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.
