The apartment has: → 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. → 1 additional bedroom with a versatile bed (two single beds that convert into a double bed) with a wardrobe that also serves as an office. → 1 living room with a retractable sofa that can be opened to become a 160cm x 160cm bed. → 1 kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, extractor fan, pots and pans, and other kitchen utensils. → 1 laundry room with washer and dryer, water filter, etc. → 1 bathroom with electric shower, hair dryer, towels, etc. → Inflatable single mattress → Paid parking outside the building (request in advance) → VIVO Fiber Wi-Fi → RESTRICTED AREAS During your stay, we request that you do not use the common areas of the condominium, such as the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, party room, laundry, bicycle storage and playroom. → PET PLACE If you wish to use the pet place, it is necessary to pay the pet fee and agree to the rules for using the space. We guarantee that it is a pleasant place for your pet, provided that the guidelines established by the condominium are followed. PARKING If you need a parking space, please request it along with your reservation. The parking lot is not inside the building, but it is very close to the condominium. Important: parking in visitor parking spaces in front of the condominium is not allowed. If this rule is disregarded, a fine will be applied and there is a possibility that the car will be towed. ENTRY AND VISITS → Only pre-registered guests will be allowed access through the gate. → Visits are prohibited, except for stays longer than 30 days – even then, visits must be pre-registered at the gate. 3. AMENITIES → There is no air conditioning in the apartment. The building prohibits installation in all apartments. We have ceiling fans in all rooms. → Use of amenities such as the swimming pool, coworking space, party room, laundry, bicycle storage, and playroom is prohibited. → Use of the pet area is permitted upon payment of the pet fee. 4. PARKING → We do not have parking spaces in the building, and parking in visitor spaces is prohibited. These spaces are exclusively for residents. Any infraction will result in immediate towing of the vehicle. PGJyPg → We have paid parking outside the building, on the condominium side – please request in advance. PGJyPg 5. ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM PGJyPg → All guests must identify themselves at the gate every time they enter the condominium. PGJyPg 6. SECURITY AND COEXISTENCE PGJyPg → We are located near the center of São Paulo, where there are homeless people. We recommend caution when walking alone at night in the vicinity. PGJyPg → We request respect for other residents and observance of quiet hours, from 5 pm to 8 am. PGJyPg 7. RESTRICTIONS → Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas. → Parties, events, or gatherings with unregistered friends are also prohibited. 8. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT → If you need early check-in or late check-out, please request it in advance. → If possible, an extra fee of R$ 50 will be charged for each 2 hours of flexibility per apartment. 9. CLEANING → The apartment will be delivered impeccably clean and equipped. → Keep it well-maintained and return it in the same condition. → Treat the space as if it were your own. → Avoid wearing shoes inside the apartment. → We suggest you dry yourself completely inside the shower stall before leaving. → We provide towels and sheets for registered guests.If you need anything else, contact us. → Use makeup remover wipes, avoiding towels. → At check-out, dispose of all trash. The trash can is near the outdoor gym. 10. FINES → Failure to comply with the rules may result in a fine of R$ 500 per occurrence.
