Newly remodeled, this is space is upgraded and stylish! You'll be comfortable at night in the cozy and private bedrooms with newly added air conditioning. Don't forget to enjoy sunset cocktails or dinner al fresco on one of the 3 balconies!

Mission Beach Single Family Home in premier location - steps to the beach and bay, restaurants, bars & shops!

Everything you could want in a beachy vacation is at your fingertips! This home is tucked away between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, the best of both worlds, less than a 1 minute walk to the beach! Home is on a quiet court.

It comes with upgrades and remodeled spaces and you'll be comfortable at night in the cozy 3 private bedrooms with newly added air conditioning. Don't forget to enjoy sunset cocktails or dinner al fresco on one of the 3 balconies! Special amenities include: 2 car attached garage, fire pit on patio, beach toys/boogie boards, TVs in all rooms with 65” in living room & so much more!

Please note the house has central air conditioning controlled by smart home thermostat and the 3rd floor has a separate portable ac unit to keep the room cool!

Level 1: Bedroom 1 (king) , full bath, garage, front patio with fire pit, seating & grill

Level 2: Kitchen, living room, dining room, Bedroom 2 ( 2 queen), full bath, balcony, laundry

Level 3: Bedroom 3 (1 queen & 1 twin) and 2 balconies

Smoking of ANY kind ANYWHERE on the property. Smoke drafts into neighboring windows. Fines will be applied for complaints.

Music that is audible past the property line.

Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc

Pets of any kind, this property is not pet friendly. Due to owner allergy issues and carpeted bedrooms, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, INCLUDING ESA. Please leave Fido at home.

Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.

No parties, no additional guests other than listed in reservation at all times

Quiet hours are between 10 pm- 8 am in all of San Diego

This street is made up of mostly full time home owners. Therefore this property has a ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, yelling or screaming.

PROPERTY UNDER ACTIVE EXTERIOR SURVEILLANCE

A $99 Administrative fee is attached to your reservation as a non-refundable security deposit and covers any damages up to $1500. Damages in excess of $1500 is the responsibility of the renter.

There is free public parking on the main streets. A car is not needed but recommended if planning travel outside of the beach area. There is a 2 car garage best suited for 2 small compact cars or 1 larger car/minivan.

Our team is available to assist with any questions or concerns when needed but won't bother your daily play!

Mission Beach is a laid-back neighborhood whose 2 miles of sandy shores attract surfers, sunbathers and volleyball players. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the paved walking and biking paths that curl around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports and family beach days. Casual cafes and eateries line Mission Boulevard, the single road that runs between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. This unit is located in the northern part of Mission Beach and is just a few minutes walk to many restaurants and bars in both Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Nearby Belmont Park also has tons of dining and entertainment options for all ages in addition to the world-famous Mission Beach boardwalk and Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! With this unit being just a block away from the ocean and bay, you’ll experience the best of the beach has to offer!

Be sure to check out all San Diego has to offer! You will find yourself centrally located in America’s Finest City with convenient access to the county's most excellent attractions including the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Seaport Village and Harbor, prestigious La Jolla, historic Gaslamp Quarter and much more. There are endless opportunities for fun and entertainment!

There are plenty of taxi cabs or ride shares like lyft or uber in the area, as well as the local bus system that makes stops frequently. There are also several bike rental shops up and down Mission Blvd. Or your feet can do most of the work in this small community!

Please note that the property has two outdoor cameras:
One camera is above the front door facing the patio.
One camera is in the corner of the garage facing out toward the alley.

This court consists of full time home owners. Therefore this property has a ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, yelling or screaming.

This unit has 3 beach cruisers for guest use. Guests assume all liability and responsibility for use of the beach cruisers.
(snorkeling gear is not included)

Pack n play provided.  Pack n Play linens and bedding are not provided, please bring your own!

Good Neighbor Policy: This home is surrounded by OWNER OCCUPIED homes. While we understand the Primary Renter and guests are on vacation, the home owners are not. Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors.

NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.

San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.

Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.

Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.

Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.

Guest Occupancy:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.

Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.

Perfect location, so easy
This was a wonderful property, setup and maintained exactly as in the pictures. Everything was easy and clean. The communication from the manager was great and they made everything easy - and it was all virtual. The place is well stocked, they think of everything. We never needed something we didn't have. Location can't be beat, a block from beach and bay, easy bike rental nearby (if you need more than the 4 they provide).

Great family vacation
Property was wonderful and had everything we needed for traveling with a two year old, including baby gates and sand toys! The house was modern and everything worked great, and you can’t beat the location. Communication with the rental team was wonderful! We would love to be repeat visitors again soon.

Mission Beach Trip
We loved the house! Perfect location! our car fits in the garage. The beds were comfortable. The firepit was very nice. The house was large so none of us felt crowded
