Our young travellers (or young at heart!) will love the possum play couch, perfect for building forts and encouraging imaginative play.

Villa Catherine boasts a generously sized family bathroom complete with heated flooring and towel rack, a large bathtub and a spacious shower. The shower area opens out into a glass atrium which can be opened up to a small rainforest style garden and small pond.

Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort during warmer months and portable heaters to keep you cozy during the winter chill. The bunk bedroom, adorned with delightful artwork and a carefully curated toy collection, ensures your young ones are entertained, affording you the opportunity to fully relax during your family holiday.

Cooking and entertaining are a breeze in the renovated kitchen, which offers modern appliances, essential cooking utensils, and a convenient walk-in pantry stocked with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. The kitchen window`s can be fully opened onto the timber deck allowing you to socialise with your guests whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

There is an external full laundry with new Miele washing machine and dryer and portable washing line.

We also provide a portacot and highchair if you are travelling with kids.

If you are driving, you can park for free on the street without any time limits (subject to availability).

Please note: By completing this reservation you agree that:
• You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, you will be required by pay a $2000 Security Deposit 3 days before your Check-In Date.
• Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal and paid the Security Deposit.

Guests have access to the main house and garden.

We won`t be available in person but are a phone call away if needed.
Please note: By completing this reservation you agree that:
• You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $2000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
