NO cleaning fee! Executive housing on 4.5 acres close to Missoula

We trust that when you’re booking our home, you’re agreeing to leaving it clean and so we took away the cleaning fee. We don’t believe you need any more fees or taxes added to your cost.

Located only a quick 8 miles outside of Missoula and at the start of Hwy 12, it's easy to instantly feel relaxed and enjoy our quiet neighborhood. Our beautiful little town offers multiple gas stations, a fine brewery and a great little grocery store.

Upon arrival to our house, you will be greeted by a beautiful home situated on 4.5 acres. As you enter our home, you are immediately welcomed to a large mudroom with 6 lockers where you can store all of your coats, shoes and belongings. Our main level boasts a beautiful, large, open living room with brand new hardwood floors that is joined to the kitchen, dining room and a half bath. Everything has been elegantly renovated with top of the line amenities. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook your meals and a beautiful coffee bar to make your morning coffee. Three bedrooms, a large bathroom, a half bath and the laundry room are also located on the main level. As you walk up the stairs to the second level, you enter a large open living room. There is a large screen TV and a DVD player available for your use. We do not subscribe to cable TV but the TV has capabilities for you to enter your own codes to watch your favorite shows. There are an additional 2 bedrooms and stylish bathroom upstairs which makes our house a wonderful option for guests who may be traveling with friends or family to have two separate living quarters to spread out in. We have a triple car garage that will be available for your use.

Our home is located with a true country feel where you’ll see deer walking through the property. Horses, sheep, llamas and alpacas are all in walking distance and a glorious creek is at the end of our road where you can enjoy a nice dip at the end of a busy day.

Hamilton (where they began filming Yellowstone) is a quick 30 minute drive south, along with Lost Trail ski resort. Head up Hwy 12 and enjoy the Lochsa River, cross country skiing, sledding or snowshoeing. Or head 8 miles into Missoula to enjoy a Griz game, float down the river or enjoy one of Missoula’s many fine dining options.

Please note: Regular lawn/flower bed/garden maintenance will be done at this house spring through fall. We can coordinate with you on the best dates and times for you. We will never need to be inside the house while you are here. Also, there is not central AC at the house. A window AC unit will be provided for the upstairs area and there is a split unit on the main level.

The best thing about our home is that we lived here for 10 years before making it a rental. We are the ones who clean this home between rentals and we are extra particular, so you know you’ll enter a home that is well loved, well cared for, and extra clean. ***Please note that this house now has exterior cameras at all entrances. There are absolutely no interior cameras.
