Upper Forrester is a bright and spacious 1,200-square-foot home located at 1887 Forrester Street, Oak Bay North. This private retreat features a large patio with a BBQ—perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons or evening gatherings in a peaceful residential setting.
The home can be configured as either a two- or three-bedroom layout, making it ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. Laundry facilities are shared with the basement unit.

We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
