PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY: Any gatherings or parties will not be tolerated. If a party is thrown, you will be evicted and fined. Maximum amount of people in the listing is 4 at a time.

A cozy dining table sits outside the kitchen next to floor to ceiling windows showing the harbour view. The dining table has an extension function which is perfect for large family meals and a bit of extra space is needed.

Parking is expensive and difficult to find in Sydney . Relax and bring the car to the garage, not having to worry about a ticket! A car can also be parked in the driveway outside the garage.

There is also street parking for 2 hours at a time.

I will be accessible from 8am to 6pm for my guests either via phone or through the Airbnb app.
Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but available for your every inquiry.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

***PLEASE NOTE: There is a ring camera at the front door which monitors access into and out of the property. This is for the safety of my guests and property.

We have installed a noise detector within the property which monitors noise level. This does not record sound, it picks up certain frequencies of sound to ensure noise is kept at a reasonable level.

There are 4 keys provided to guests. A fob key for the garage, a master key to the building and 2 house keys. Please do not lose them as they come with a fee for replacement. Fees are as follows:
- Fob Key: $600
- Master Key: $500
- House Key: $100

Fines for breaking rules:
- Party: $2000 + expense of any damaged items
- Smoking inside the apartment: $500 + expense of any smoke treatment
- Unauthorised guests at the property: $100 per person per night
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please always keep the keys with you as they are the only access to the building. Losing them may require a locksmith and result in additional charges. Please handle them carefully to avoid these costs. 😊
KEY REPLACEMENT FEE:
Garage key: $300
Apartment Key: $300
Swipe Pass: $200
The above costs don’t include the cost of the locksmith

The host was amazing from start to finish. Communication was awesome, answering any questions we had in a friendly and extremely helpful manner. The communication with the host ensured we were reassured of any details before we departed from the UK. The apartment, and the views were awesome. The pictures did not do the views justice. The location ensured getting around Sydney was easy, and the local shops and restaurants gave us the option of either eating in or out. We would highly recommend and would return without hesitation. This was an amazing find.
