Located in a small neighborhood off Scenic Hwy 98, this home is in a quiet family friendly area, perfect for families. This home is just a few blocks from the beach and restaurants Public beach access is directly down Hutchinson St with Pavilion, shower and bathroom and also at Pompano Joe. Walking distance to all the beach activities, with a sparkling private pool, and lush tropical landscaping making this the perfect vacation home

This one-story home has a spacious living space and kitchen. The eat in kitchen has a dining table set for 6 and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar . The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and ample counter space, a bright backsplash and under counter lighting. The perfect place to cook a meal before heading out the pool or beach to soak up some sun. The dining table offers seating for 4 as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar. The comfortable living room offers plenty of plush seating for everyone, and the sofa turns into a Queen-sized sofa sleeper as well. There is plenty of natural light that comes in from the multiple patio doors and the view from inside the home is the large pool.

This home has 2 Guest Bedrooms. The first room has Twin bunk beds and a Queen-sized bed. The second guest room has a Queen-sized bed. The Master bedroom features a King-sized bed. The Guest Bathroom offers a combination tub/shower while the Master Bathroom has a large double sink vanity and walk in shower.

The private, fenced-in backyard also has a patio perfect for BBQ's and offers plenty of space for your dog to get some energy out. This home is dog friendly up to 65 pounds for an additional nonrefundable pet fee. The beach is not pet friendly.

This home is perfect for your small or large family. Centrally located in Cyrstal Beach off Scenic Highway 98 you are close to restaurants, the outlet mall, and the beach.
