With superb views and an idyllic location behind Catseye Beach, this spacious two bedroom apartment is air-conditioned throughout, and opens directly onto a private grass area that's perfect for young children.

Family-friendly.
All on one level, on the ground floor, this two bedroom apartment is ideal for families or the less mobile. It spills out onto a lush, grassy area that's ideal for kids.

Extra beds.
Two extra rollaway beds can be provided if required.

Pool.
The apartment has access to the Hibiscus Lodge complex pool and BBQ area. There is also a spa in the complex.

Location.
This apartment has a great location, right behind Catseye Beach. It's also just a short stroll to the island's Resort Centre with its swim-up bar, water sports and island activities.

Kitchen.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, oven and gas stove.

Rooms.
There are two rooms - one with a king bed and the other with two singles.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
