The building "Summus" is a promise of authentic Melbourne living, just 8km from the CBD. The address is also serviced by tram and bus networks while three major freeway arterials (City Link, Western Ring Road, and West Gate Free- way) surround the address. Just outside your door, step onto the Wests Road tram and travel directly to Moonee Ponds, Maribyrnong College, major hospitals, and Footscray Station. From here, it's straight into the CBD by rail, in less than 15 minutes.

Soft bedlinen just feel like own home. Other features include hair dyer, full size refrigerator, air-conditioner etc.
The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in. Please note keys are located off site and will need to be collected prior to arrival.
For the food safety reason, this property will not provide salt, pepper, oil, please remember to bring your own.
