Escape to the coast in this newly built, two-story beach house, designed for effortless relaxation, with a touch of retro charm. Featuring durable modern Lino flooring, perfect for sandy feet, this holiday home offers a laid-back atmosphere, perfectly located just a short stroll from Aldinga beach, and a fenced dog park.

Step inside from the lovely cafes and coastal walks near by straight into the relaxing interior where comfort is paramount and you can unwind with your group enjoying the view from the spacious upstairs balcony. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and a split system provide year-round climate control on each floor.

Entertainment is readily available with big-screen TVs, Netflix, a reliable wireless internet connection, and a selection of books and board games for family fun.

There is a fully equipped kitchen upstairs, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and toaster, making meal preparation a breeze. Downstairs has a generous kitchenette including a flatbed convection microwave, portable induction hotplate and small fridge, perfect if getting up the stairs is a challenge or for a morning cuppa. Both kitchens have filtered cold water.

For added convenience, a combined washer-dryer unit, iron, and ironing board are provided. A carport provides covered parking, completing this perfect coastal getaway.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Your pets are welcome inside and will love the secure, fully enclosed with 1.8m Colourbond fencing, no-gaps, grassed yard. A convenient cat/doggy door is also available.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
