1. Guests responsible for bin nights and excess rubbish removal
2. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or facilities. Homeowner is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property of the guest. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premises.
3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
4. There is no daily housekeeping service
5. There is a septic tank. NO Sanitary or other unintended items to be flushed. Please dispose in bins.
