Just a short stroll to Dromana Village and minutes from the award-winning wineries of Red Hill, Ocean Oasis is your gateway to the best of the Mornington Peninsula.
Spanning two spacious levels and serviced by a private lift, the home offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with curated high-end furnishings and 180-degree water views from the expansive upper balcony. The light-filled living area features soaring 4.4m ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a large Smart TV with Foxtel, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to an outdoor lounge — the perfect spot to sip wine as the sun sets over the bay.
The gourmet kitchen, complete with Miele appliances and a generous butler’s pantry, is ideal for entertaining. Enjoy leisurely meals at the 10-seater dining table or unwind in the relaxed lounge area, all while soaking in panoramic coastal views.
Retreat to the luxurious Master King Bedroom, featuring a private balcony overlooking a secure, landscaped garden, TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and a deluxe ensuite. The ground floor includes two additional Queen Bedrooms with built-in robes, a central designer bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, a dedicated study for remote work, and a second living area with a kitchenette, Smart TV, and access to a covered alfresco deck with BBQ facilities.
