The space
The home is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathroom. One queen bedroom and one double. Lounge, dining room and breakfast / study. A quirky outdoor camp kitchen and barbque area to enjoy an outdoor fire. There is a loo with a view and a bathtub beside the outdoor barby area. Built from recycled materials from original cottage.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy the peace and privacy of having the whole property to themselves. The cottage sits on half an acre of bushland and lawns, with hardly a neighbour in sight. and next to no road traffic. Sitting on the deck overlooking the mountains and the valley, its hard to believe you are in the small township of Mount Morgan, just 10 minutes walk from shops.

There is one covered garage but plentiful outdoor parking available on the property.
Smoking is allowed but not inside the house. There is lots of verandah space and outdoor areas.
