Master Bedroom (closed): Comfortable bed in a private and relaxing space.

Mezzanine (open): Cozy bed with, as a bonus, a view of the living area.

Living Spaces:

Modern Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with an island and two chairs, perfect for preparing and enjoying your meals. Drinking water is available.

Dining and Living Room: A table with four seats and a large L-shaped sofa are available in a bright and open space, designed for conviviality and comfort.

Bathroom: A modern space combining functionality and aesthetics.

Entertainment: Video game console (Nintendo Switch), Infinity electronic game table for fun evenings with friends or family.

Outside:

Patio and Terrace: Enjoy a large outdoor space furnished with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. Screened-in gazebo available.

Private pool: Available from June 30th to October 15th for refreshing days in the sun.

Please note: The pool is not heated.
It is accessible during the summer months, but its temperature depends on weather conditions.

Spa: Accessible year-round, a relaxing oasis surrounded by nature.

BBQ: Prepare your favorite barbecue meals outdoors.

River access: Located a 3-minute drive away, perfect for nature and water sports enthusiasts. Paddleboards are available (with transport and inflation kit) and a dock is available.

Outdoor activities: Enjoy summer games like spikeball and cornhole for fun. A volleyball net and soccer goal are available.

Capacity: Maximum 4 people, ideal for a couple, a small family, or a pair of friends.

Pets: Two pets are welcome, upon request only.
