SHAKONA is a comfortable 4 bedroom holiday home situated only 1 street back from the foreshore and only a short walk to the back beach! Large fully enclosed rear yard, undercover and off street parking behind gate, room for cars and boat.

Galley style kitchen with fridge/freezer, free standing electric oven/stove/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, electric frypan, sandwich press, bread maker, electric knife, blender, pantry. Dining area with table/chairs, single recliner, stereo.

Separate living room with non smart TV, DVD player, small assortment of DVD's, PlayStation 2 plus some games, 3 seater plus 2 seater lounges, coffee table, slow combustion wood heater (BYO wood), split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Bathroom with vanity, shower, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry trough, large 2nd fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer.

Rear of house has a covered deck with outdoor setting and flat top BBQ. Large enclosed rear yard with fish cleaning facility, clothesline, small garden shed with crab rakes and Weber Kettle.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities, playground, IGA.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office
